Eclipse Rings is committed to making sure you get the items you want, exactly when you want them. We make sure that most items are Proccesed within 24 hours following an order. We also use a combination of trusted and reliable couriers and postal services to ensure you get your goods as quickly as possible.

Shipping
All orders are usually dispatched Within 1-2 days as long as payment is received before 10:00am however on some occasions this may be within 3 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday not including bank holidays).
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer services via your order where we will aim to resolve the issue.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date. We must be notified and the item must have been shipped back to us within this time scale.
It is the buyers' responsibility to ship the item back to us. Please send the item via a tracked/ signed for service as we will not be responsible if the item goes missing during transit.
Any items returned within our 14-day policy must be in original condition and include all original and undamaged packaging. Items that are specially ordered or bespoke are not covered under this returns policy. This returns policy does not apply to any items that are special orders unless they are faulty.

Faulty Goods & Warranty
If a product becomes faulty within 14 days of the date of delivery, we will arrange for the collection and replacement of faulty goods within the UK (online Purchases). Returned goods must be properly packaged and suitable for transportation. After the 14 days, and up to a 12 month warranty period for brand new items (30 days for second hand), the purchaser will be liable for any carriage costs both to return the item to us and to get the replacement/ repaired item back to you.
This policy is invalidated if the goods have been altered in any way from their original condition, or if the fault is due to misuse by the purchaser and we reserve the right to assess any goods before agreeing to take any action. Goods cannot be returned as faulty where a specific defect in the product was brought to the attention of the customer
